What is Acrobatic Gymnastics?
Acrobatic Gymnastics is a form of gymnastics where co-ed athletes compete using only the Floor apparatus, but in partnerships of 2-4 people.
In competition, athletes compete 1-3 floor routines ranging from 1 min 45 sec to 2 and a half minutes, accompanied by music.
These routines incorporate choreographic dance, partner elements, and individual elements like balances and tumbling passes.
